Smiling woman dressed in whitewater rafting gear stands along the Nenana River.

Hi, I'm Maggie!

Based in Fairbanks, Alaska, my photography is guided by my passion for conservation and a commitment to increasing representation of traditionally underrepresented groups in field research. Through meaningful imagery, I strive to inspire a deeper connection to the natural world. I draw inspiration from photographers like Jim Brandenburg, Peter Mather, and Patrick Endres, as well as my mom, who has officially perfected blurry moon cellphone photography. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m researching salmon in the Yukon River, blending science and storytelling to highlight the beauty and urgency of our changing environment.
